I can’t count how many times I've wished to relive just one of those early days with my sons. To take an extra minute to soak everything in. To hold their wrinkly hands again. Rub their soft little feet. Hold them close without them wriggling away.

​In those moments, I turn to the pictures. I crawl into them and sit quietly with the memories they inspire and the stories they tell.

It might seem overwhelming or even superfluous in the moment, but documenting a new baby is one of the best experiences to invest in. So whether your baby is two days, two weeks, or two months, a newborn session is something you'll never regret.

Details & Investment — Maternity & Newborn Sessions

• Maternity sessions typically take place 2 months before your due date; Newborn sessions typically about two weeks after birth, but it's truly whenever you are feeling good both mentally and physically!

• Maternity sessions can take place either in your home or on-location; Newborn sessions take place in the comfort of your own home. 

• During a newborn session, you'll enjoy quality time snuggling with your baby while I photograph.​ No stress, no stiff posing, no fancy outfits needed. 

• Newborn sessions last about 1.5-2 hours to allow for feedings, diaper changes (explosions totally happen!), etc.

• After your session, we'll design how you'd like to experience your images. Many families begin with an Heirloom Album — the heart of their collection — so that every image and moment can live together in one place, for generations to come. We can then add Heirloom Wall Art or Fine Art Prints to create something truly personal for your home.

• Most families invest $1,200-2,500 in their newborn session experience and heirloom artwork
